Create visually appealing and inspiring store layouts. Decorate windows to attract customers and coach sales colleagues on visual merchandising standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure an attractive, sales-promoting presentation of our goods.
- Decorate window mannequins in an inspiring manner.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to optimize collection presentations.
- Apply centrally developed sales strategies to store presentations.
- Optimize sales results through creative and appealing product presentation.
- Instruct colleagues on how to correctly implement VM standards.
- Offer assistance to customers needing an item or styling advice.
