We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for day-to-day operational finance tasks and long-term strategic planning. This role will drive the annual budget process, track performance against targets, support the month-end close, monitor inventory, and evaluate productivity initiatives.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Track and analyze monthly plant performance against targets.
- Identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive operational support and financial decision-making.
- Rollout the Global Operations Controlling Manual.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting of key metrics and operational KPIs.
- Participate in and lead strategic Shape4Growth initiatives.
- Support the Medium-Term Plan and Annual Budget processes.
- Assist in the month-end close process.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, and working knowledge in a manufacturing environment with a standard-based accounting system.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with standard-based accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
