As a care assistant (MBO3 EVB), you will ensure the well-being of clients by providing personal care and guidance. Make a difference in the lives of clients and their loved ones.
What are you going to do?
- Providing personal care and guidance to clients
- Performing care and light nursing tasks at level 3
- Monitoring and adjusting the care support plan
- Identifying and reporting special features
- Performing household and administrative tasks
- Acting as a point of contact for family and loved ones

What Does This Role Offer?
You will receive a gross monthly salary of €2,326 – €3,564 based on 36 hours, in accordance with the collective labour agreement for care for people with disabilities. You will immediately receive a permanent contract with hours to be agreed upon. In addition, there are ample opportunities for training and development.
You can count on an 8.33% year-end bonus, an 8% holiday allowance, and a pension through the Healthcare & Welfare Pension Fund. There are also 144 holiday hours and 57 balance leave hours per year for a 36-hour work week.
Who are we looking for?
You have a completed MBO3 qualification, for example, in nursing or social care. You are collegial, enthusiastic, and show commitment and perseverance. You can empathize with the experiences of our clients and their families.
