Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of educators in the Pabo program
• Oversee the development, planning, and execution of the curriculum
• Ensure the quality and accreditation of the educational program
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Manage the recruitment and selection of new students
• Collaborate with the regional manager and other team leaders within the domain
• Stay updated on developments in primary education and integrate relevant knowledge into the program

What We Offer

• Temporary contract for 12 months with possibility of extension
• Gross monthly salary between €5.275,76 and €6.899,83 (based on a fulltime contract)
• 32 or 28-hour workweek

We are looking for a passionate individual with a completed Master's degree, preferably in Educational Sciences. You have a teaching qualification in a relevant subject and experience coaching highly educated professionals. You are a natural leader who stimulates team responsibility and encourages continuous professional development. You have a knack for fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute to shared goals. You are also a strong networker who understands the importance of building sustainable relationships within and outside the organization.

• Completed Master's degree (preferably in Educational Sciences like MLI or MEL)
• Teaching qualification for a Pabo relevant subject (like language, math, or pedagogy)
• Proven experience in coaching and guiding highly educated professionals
• Knowledge of primary education and experience in teaching a Pabo-related subject
• Ability to stimulate team responsibility for education and research quality
• Talent for encouraging the development and professionalization of team members
