As a Travel and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing all travel arrangements for our Abu Dhabi branch, ensuring seamless coordination via air, sea, or land. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within established procedures.


Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for personnel.
  • Schedule flights, book hotels, and arrange car rentals.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries.

Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel and Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Travel & Tourism or an equivalent qualification, coupled with significant international travel agency experience. You should be proficient in the Galileo GDS system and advanced Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating excellent listening skills and the ability to anticipate needs.

  • Diploma in Travel & Tourism, IATA, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Galileo GDS system.
  • Minimum 5 years of international travel agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good listening skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
