Your Impact as Assistant Store Manager
- Significantly contribute to the overall store experience and appearance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a pristine store environment
- Inspire and support staff, fostering continuous development through positive leadership
- Communicate team goals effectively to drive successful sales figures
- Manage daily routines, including staff scheduling and merchandise management
- Optimise visual merchandising to inspire customers, viewing the store through their eyes
- Ensure your team understands and executes long-term priorities

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute individual with a love for fashion and a desire to connect with our diverse customer base. You should possess at least an MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of thinking and working, preferably with a diploma in retail. Your commercial insight and customer-centric approach will be crucial in this role.
Flexibility is key, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or events. You should be available 4 or 5 days per week and possess excellent communication skills in Dutch. We value social, optimistic, and articulate individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the C&A family.
- Love for fashion and customer engagement
- Minimum MBO level of thinking and working (retail diploma a plus)
- Strong commercial insight and customer service orientation
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or events
- Availability 4 or 5 days per week
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Social, optimistic, and strong communication skills
