As a Fleet Trainee in the Dredging Track, you will embark on a unique 12-month development journey within Boskalis's dynamic technical environment. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to global dredging projects, and develop the skills necessary to become a Technical Superintendent within our vast fleet operations.
What Your Role Entails
- Work on various assignments, assisting Senior Engineers or Technical Superintendents
- Take responsibility for tasks and meet project deadlines
- Increase your knowledge and skills through active engagement with colleagues
- Supervise and manage project work, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery
- Contribute to the management of our dredging fleet, including cutters and hoppers
- Be involved in maintenance and repairs of dredging vessels
- Coordinate technical activities during global projects
- Participate in the logistical and technical preparation of vessels and equipment

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking ambitious professionals eager to grow in a dynamic technical environment. The ideal candidate is open to new experiences, motivated to learn quickly, and confident in taking responsibility. You should possess a technical secondary vocational level or an Associate Degree in mechanical, marine, or electrical engineering, combined with several years of hands-on technical experience (maritime or non-maritime). A willingness to work abroad and a strong customer focus are also essential.
