What You'll Be Doing
- Developing sensor concepts in line with Lely’s product and technology roadmaps
- Translating measurement needs into clear technical requirements
- Reviewing mechanical and electrical designs for optimal sensor performance
- Designing and executing experiments to validate sensor functionality
- Supporting verification and validation activities to ensure sensor systems meet quality and industry standards

Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a motivated Sensor Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working in multidisciplinary environments. You should combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and value clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 5 years of experience in sensor system development.
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Physics
- 5+ years of experience in sensor system development
- Broad knowledge of sensor technologies and data acquisition methods
- Experience in setting up experiments and analysing measurement data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly
