As an Assistant Team Leader in Production, you are the connecting factor between people and machines, and you ensure a smooth production process.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the correct adjustment of machines and equipment
- Reviewing the schedule and ensuring that materials are available on time.
- Providing guidance and instructions to colleagues and contributing to the onboarding of new employees
- Contact the Technical Department in case of malfunctions
- Ensuring a clean department according to the strictest standards
- Ensuring a pleasant, positive working atmosphere

What Do We Offer?
You will receive a salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement, between €2,900 and €3,200 gross per month. In addition, a personal choice budget is available for, for example, a training course.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, works at a fast pace, and achieves goals. You have experience in a food environment and are familiar with safety and hygiene regulations. You are a team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Completed MBO-3 or MBO-4 education
- Experience in a food-related environment
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Exemplary attitude with cheerfulness and energy
- Accurate in following instructions
- Good command of the Dutch language
