As a Senior Construction and Facility Manager for Germany, you will lead country construction and FM operations, overseeing store construction and refurbishment projects. You will manage facility programs, contractor governance, and regional CAPEX/OPEX, ensuring all projects align with business timelines and brand standards.
Your Impactful Contributions
- Lead and manage the country construction and facility management team
- Drive store construction and refurbishment projects from conception to completion
- Optimize facility management programs and ensure reactive/preventive maintenance
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and contractors
- Oversee financial management of CAPEX/OPEX budgets for the region
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on project planning and feasibility
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and standardization

Who We're Seeking
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in construction or facility management roles, particularly within a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading regional portfolios, strong project management expertise, and the ability to lead multiple large projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are crucial, as are strong commercial and financial capabilities. Fluency in both German and English is a must, along with a willingness to travel to stores across Germany.
- 5+ years of experience in construction/FM roles
- Proven leadership of regional portfolios
- Experience in fast-paced retail environments
- Strong project management and FM expertise
- Ability to lead multiple large projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
