Contribute to the evolution of our Milking portfolio, particularly the Lely Astronaut, by addressing technical issues and ensuring service, maintenance, and usability are integrated into design and development decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work on long-term technical and product-oriented projects within the Milking portfolio.
- Represent the service and lifecycle perspective within multidisciplinary product and project teams.
- Ensure maintainability, usability, and service standards are included in product development and innovations.
- Define and substantiate service requirements for new solutions and product improvements.
- Analyze data, feedback from the field, and service insights to substantiate structural improvements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of global maintenance and service standards.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with strong analytical skills and good stakeholder management. You enjoy working with different disciplines and can translate insights from service and practice into improvements in product development. You also have strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- HBO or WO degree in a technical field
- Several years of work experience in a technical or technical-organizational environment
- Affinity with complex technical systems and the entire product lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Good command of the English language
