We are seeking a consultant to promote safe working and social security within municipalities. You will visit municipalities, engage with employees, and gather insights on aggression, insecurity, and work pressure.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Visit municipalities across the Netherlands
- Conduct conversations with employees
- Gather experiences and signals regarding social and physical insecurity
- Distribute surveys and motivate employee participation
- Build visibility and trust in the FNV
- Collaborate closely with trade union officials
- Document findings and report back to stakeholders
- Contribute to member recruitment

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a consultant with a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, experience in conducting conversations in a professional or social context, and an affinity with themes such as social safety, public services, and trade union work. The ideal candidate is a natural networker, approachable, confident in discussions, and able to build trust. Structured working and careful documentation of findings are essential, along with flexibility and willingness to travel frequently. A valid driver's license B is required.
