Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in lean manufacturing and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling design, automation, and statistical process control (SPC). Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and automation
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems
- Experience with data-driven decision-making tools
