As an HR Support and Administration Officer at Dyo, the parent company of Olympia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all HR-related processes. From managing personnel administration and supporting payroll to addressing HR queries and driving process improvements, your work will be foundational to the organisation's success. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage and process the complete personnel administration.
  • Support salary processing and monitor the quality of payroll processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions via email, phone, and TOPdesk.
  • Process employee onboarding, transfers, and exits, ensuring correct registration.
  • Draft contracts and HR documentation in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Actively contribute to improving and standardising HR processes, analysing bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
  • Advise on collective labour agreements, legal issues, and outflow processes.
  • Register and manage records related to company accidents and draft correspondence for employee behaviour.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a completed higher professional education (HBO) in HR or Economics and be available for 32-40 hours per week. You should be highly accurate and process-driven, with a genuine affinity for payroll and HR administration. Your analytical mindset will enable you to translate data into actionable insights, while your strong communication skills in both Dutch and English will be crucial for effective collaboration. Flexibility, adaptability to change, and a pleasant demeanour are also essential qualities for success in this role.

  • Completed HBO education, preferably in HR or Economics.
  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
