Your Responsibilities as a VoIP Specialist

  • Resolve complex 3rd-line VoIP incidents.
  • Analyse call flows and system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and optimise VoIP and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
  • Advise on system improvements and innovative new technologies.
  • Support sales and project teams with your VoIP expertise.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardisation across teams.
  • Monitor and ensure security and compliance of communication platforms.

Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical VoIP Specialist with an MBO-4+ or HBO working and thinking level. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in VoIP, demonstrating a deep understanding of key protocols and technologies such as SIP, RTP, SBCs, and hosted VoIP/UC solutions. Crucially, you should possess a strong grasp of networking concepts, including QoS, VLANs, and firewalling, as these are fundamental to our communication platforms. Your ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide customer-focused solutions will be paramount. We value a proactive and client-oriented approach, coupled with a commitment to maintaining high-quality and continuous service.

  • MBO-4+ or HBO working and thinking level.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in VoIP.
  • Proficiency in SIP, RTP, SBCs, and hosted VoIP/UC.
  • Understanding of networking (QoS, VLANs, firewalling).
