What are you going to do?

  • Leading the project organisation
  • Contributing to tactical departmental and company policy
  • Ultimate responsibility for budget, planning and progress
  • Monitoring opportunities and risks

  • Managing and contracting external assembly partners
  • Responsible for procedures and work instructions
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalations

What does dormakaba offer you?

At dormakaba, you will be given a responsible management role with excellent employment conditions. You will be placed in a salary range between €5,000 and €7,000 based on a full-time employment contract, depending on your knowledge and work experience. What will you bring?


You are a connecting and results-oriented manager with vision and decisiveness. You have at least 5 years of management experience within a project or implementation organisation and a higher professional education diploma in Architecture, Business Administration or similar. You have relevant work experience in a construction, installation or technical project-based environment. Furthermore, you are ambitious to develop yourself further and grow within dormakaba.

  • Work experience in a construction, installation, or technical project-based environment.
  • Experience with budget responsibility and capacity planning
  • Strong communication skills
