Are you a dedicated supervisor who plays a key role in ensuring safety, hygiene, and hospitality? As a lifeguard, you will ensure that all visitors adhere to the rules, allowing them to enjoy their day with peace of mind. As a host in the swimming pool, you are the first point of contact for our visitors, informing them about the rules and making them feel welcome.
Your Responsibilities as a Supervisor
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the outdoor pool area
- Guard the swimming pool and ensure visitors adhere to rules
- Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors
- Provide information on rules and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of the swimming pool, changing rooms, and facilities
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and administer first aid if required
- Contribute to a positive and unforgettable experience for all guests

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly responsible and guest-focused individual to join our team as an Outdoor Pool Supervisor. You must be dedicated to creating a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors, possessing a keen eye for detail and the confidence to address guests kindly in any situation. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene are essential. You should also align with our core values of Team, Rethinking, and Fun, contributing positively to both customer experience and team collaboration.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess sufficient swimming proficiency, and be willing to obtain an EHBO/BHV diploma if not already held. A successful Optisport swimming test is required, and you must be able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) within six weeks of employment.
- Possession of an EHBO/BHV diploma or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum age of 18 years (as per Swimming Pool collective agreement)
- Sufficient swimming proficiency (successful Optisport swimming test required)
- Dedicated to a safe environment with a keen eye for detail
- Confident in addressing guests kindly in all situations
- Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) within 6 weeks of starting
