dormakaba Bulgaria is looking for an Operational Buyer to manage the end-to-end procurement of MTO components, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with production schedules.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of MTO components.
- Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Monitor order confirmations and lead times.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Expedite urgent orders to prevent production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They should possess strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with experience with ERP systems.
- 2+ years of experience in operational purchasing.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
