Your Responsibilities
- Advocate for the target consumer, understanding behaviours and preferences.
- Lead the strategic vision and plan of a Business Unit.
- Monitor and manage the complete lifecycle of the product collection.
- Collaborate with Design, Developers, and Planning teams.
- Provide support and guidance to Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Digital teams.

What You Bring
We're seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience and a degree in fashion design or related field. Experience in leading merchandising teams and managing complex projects is essential. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of business principles, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data effectively.
