Create visually appealing and inspiring store displays for C&A customers. Use your creativity to motivate customers to shop at C&A and coach colleagues in visual merchandising standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure attractive and sales-promoting presentation of our goods while following VM guidelines and contributing your own ideas
- Decorate the shop window mannequins in an inspiring way
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs using the Merchandise Management System and use these insights to optimize the presentation and alignment of the collections
- Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to your presentations within the store
- Optimize sales results by presenting the goods in a creative and appealing way
- Show your colleagues how to correctly implement the VM standards
- Take profitable measures whenever you see an opportunity
- Always offer your help to customers who need an item or have questions about styling

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with an eye for style who loves cool designs, is inspired by beautiful colors and shapes, and has a passion for fashion and trends. You should have analytical skills to help you turn sales figures into solutions, as well as planning and organizational talent to work closely with the store manager to set priorities and create a plan for the week.
- Retail sales training with sound professional experience in visual merchandising
- Or training as a designer for visual marketing or in a similar creative profession
- Analytical skills to help you turn sales figures into solutions
- Planning and organizational talent
- Affinity for business processes and proficient handling of area key figures/merchandise management systems
- Knowledge of what customers want and the ability to turn these wishes into wearable Visual Merchandise concepts
