We are seeking a VP and General Counsel Americas to provide senior-level, business-focused legal leadership, influencing the commercial trajectory and risk profile of the American market.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to regional leadership.
- Establish and maintain a robust legal footprint across the Americas.
- Develop, optimise, and standardise contract templates and workflows.
- Lead and transform the Americas Group Legal team.
- Deliver broad-based legal counsel across core areas of law.
- Support M&A activity

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and 15+ years of relevant legal experience. They should have strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience supporting M&A activity and commercial contracting. They should also have experience operating across the Americas.
