We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative student eager to gain practical experience in Learning & Development. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or university program, such as educational sciences or organizational psychology, with a focus on digital learning methodology. You should possess knowledge of instructional design and didactic methodologies, capable of clearly structuring complex information. A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment are highly valued. You enjoy working with online learning tools and creating learning content, and you have excellent English language skills.
