Your Day-to-Day

  • Perform regular loss prevention, security, and health and safety audits in C&A entities
  • Report audit results, identified risks, and recommendations to site representatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of agreed measures for loss prevention and H&S compliance
  • Set up and maintain H&S risk assessments and documentation
  • Assess H&S risks of new processes, machines, and products
  • Conduct investigations for fraud cases in collaboration with other departments
  • Train team leaders and managers on loss prevention, security, and H&S topics
  • Control the selection process for security agencies

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Security and Health & Safety Specialist with a strong understanding of criminal methods in retail and logistics. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of relevant H&S regulations, a solution-oriented approach, and excellent analytical skills.

  • Apprenticeship in retail or security service with formal education as SiFa
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or logistics
  • Profound understanding of criminal methods in retail and logistics
  • Profound knowledge of relevant H&S regulations
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Self-reliant, accurate, and reliable way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
