We are looking for a dedicated Docent/mentor to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for young people in special education, fostering their sense of value and motivation.
Your Responsibilities
- Organise a safe, challenging, and stimulating learning environment.
- Recognise and cater to the individual needs, interests, and talents of each student.
- Contribute to the development of our school in a collaborative manner.
- Fulfill all mentor responsibilities.
- Teach various subjects at VMBO BB/KB and TL level.
- Work within a team of colleagues, particularly with another bridge class teacher.
- Help create a positive school environment where students enjoy learning and staff function effectively as a team.
