We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee multiple hotel cleaning projects. This role involves leading and coaching housekeeping teams, ensuring high service quality, and maintaining client satisfaction within the hospitality sector.
Making an Impact, Daily
- Manage and coach housekeeping teams across multiple hotels
- Monitor and ensure the quality of cleaning operations
- Conduct regular quality controls at various locations
- Maintain communication with hotel management and clients
- Plan and organise personnel and work schedules
- Onboard and train new employees
- Resolve operational challenges within the workplace
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain meticulous administrative records

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working. You should have a proven track record in leading teams, ideally within the cleaning or hospitality sector. Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a flexible and problem-solving mindset, are essential for success in this role. A valid driving licence B and proficiency in both Dutch and English are also required.
