Your Responsibilities Include
- Answering phone calls and emails independently
- Welcoming patients and providing information according to protocols
- Processing and verifying patient data (personal details, medical, insurance)
- Scheduling appointments, managing the agenda, and following up on no-shows
- Assessing the urgency of dental questions and pain complaints
- Handling standard prescriptions, referral letters, and complaint reports

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Employee who will be the welcoming face of our practice. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a front office role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting. You should be able to work independently, accurately, and be highly patient-focused. Flexibility and the ability to switch between tasks while maintaining composure during busy periods are crucial. Excellent communication skills, integrity, and careful handling of confidential information are also essential to succeed in this role, contributing to our strong team spirit.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a front office employee (dental experience preferred)
