We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to provide operational and strategic leadership for the Order to Invoice function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Oversee daily activities and ensure service delivery within SLAs and KPIs
- Build and optimise the customer care process
- Analyse and report on customer service activities and KPIs
- Plan proper Workforce management, absence & contingency plans

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or finance, with experience in leading a team. They should have experience in near-shore transitions, shared services, or business process outsourcing. A customer-focused mindset and leadership skills are essential.
- 2+ years of experience in sales/customer service/financial function role
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience in near-shore transitions, shared services or business process outsourcing
- BSc or MSc in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Customer focused mindset
