What You'll Be Doing?
- Create, process, and execute customer orders
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details
- Generate and issue invoices to customers
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Liaise with Local Sales teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Technicians

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Order to Invoice Specialist with fluency in Dutch and English. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, along with previous experience in a sales and service back-office environment. Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems is essential.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in processing customer orders and generating invoices
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
- Fluent Dutch and English
