We are seeking an Architectural Services Representative to promote our portfolio of products, solutions, and services to architectural firms, design-build firms, and government architects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
What You'll Do
- Develop long-term architectural customers by creating relationships.
- Develop short-term and long-term project pipelines.
- Network within architectural firms through local CSI & DHI.
- Collaborate with local territory team for sales alignment.
- Effectively promote dormakaba’s North American portfolio.
- Actively pursue project pipelines with architectural firms.

Who We Need
We are looking for someone with a background in construction management, architectural design, engineering, or business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Associate’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
- CDT and DHC certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to travel up to 50% within territory
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
- AHC certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) (preferred)
