Join Lely as a Technical Service Specialist, focusing on long-term projects within the Milking portfolio, particularly the Lely Astronaut. Act as the link between field experience and product development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing the service and lifecycle perspective within multidisciplinary product and project teams.
- Ensuring maintainability, availability, and service standards are embedded in product development and innovations.
- Defining and substantiating service requirements for new solutions and product improvements.
- Analyzing data, field feedback, and service insights to support structural improvements.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of global maintenance and service standards.

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong analytical skills and effective stakeholder management. You should be able to translate service and practical insights into improvements in product development. A background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
- Several years of work experience in a technical environment.
- Affinity with complex technical systems and the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Good communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Good command of the English language.
