dormakaba is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Support to oversee technical support operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and managing team performance in Lexington, KY.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Hire, train, and mentor technical support staff.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews.
  • Act as the final escalation point for critical customer issues.
  • Develop and implement support policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key metrics (KPIs) and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
  • Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve product quality.

You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. A strong understanding of troubleshooting, networking, and software/hardware products is essential.
