dormakaba is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Support to oversee technical support operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and managing team performance in Lexington, KY.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hire, train, and mentor technical support staff.
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews.
- Act as the final escalation point for critical customer issues.
- Develop and implement support policies and procedures.
- Monitor key metrics (KPIs) and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
- Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve product quality.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in technical/engineering management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. A strong understanding of troubleshooting, networking, and software/hardware products is essential.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
