Lead the enterprise Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) organization, defining global standards and driving alignment across business and IT stakeholders to ensure data is consistent, high quality, and fit for purpose.
What You'll Be Doing
- Chair the Global Data Council.
- Lead the enterprise Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) organization.
- Define and deliver the Data Governance & MDM vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Establish and enforce global master data standards, processes, and ownership frameworks.
- Ensure master data is managed as a strategic enterprise asset by driving continuous improvement in data quality.
- Own and evolve the Master Data Management landscape.
- Drive enterprise-wide data ownership and behavioural change.
- Enable AI- and analytics-ready data capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For?
The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), or enterprise data management, with proven leadership in matrix organizations. A strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and a solid understanding of complex product structures are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with fluency in English.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), or enterprise data management
- Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Experience managing complex master data domains
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in English
