Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). You should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience and a strong understanding of HR practices and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as well as an analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
