Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute installation activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Ensure the operational status of all systems for optimal production processes.
  • Diagnose issues and manage necessary repairs to maintain functionality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all completed work in systems and logbooks.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance and repair policies for electronic systems.
  • Synchronize operational and control systems, including power electronics and PLC technology.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards for all onboard systems.

Who Will Navigate Our Success?

We are seeking a self-sufficient, proactive, and hands-on Electronic Technician with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will hold a Mechatronics qualification (MBO Level 4/HBO level or equivalent) and possess experience in technical, maritime, electronics, or mechatronics environments. Familiarity with hydrographic, surveying, and positioning equipment is highly advantageous.

Key qualities include a basic understanding of operational processes related to assigned equipment, including electronic circuits and data transfer protocols. You must be proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have average skills in ICT Office applications and fleet management systems. Experience as a service engineer in ship electronics and instrumentation will be a significant plus for this role.
