We are looking for an Advanced System Technician II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues. This role also involves supporting critical functional groups and interfacing with customers.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues.
- Providing advanced technical support to Level 1 technicians.
- Acting as the interface between customers and 3rd party suppliers.
- Interfacing with customers on product functions and requirements.
- Performing data analysis and defect reporting.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a candidate with a college degree or equivalent experience in information technology or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Visio, and Windows networks using TCP/IP. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential.
