Take the lead as a Lead Hospitality Assistant at the iconic Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam. You will guide colleagues, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of this unique venue's hospitality services.
Your Impact in This Role
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Guiding and motivating colleagues to deliver excellent service
- Coordinating tasks on the floor for efficient and guest-focused service
- Monitoring adherence to quality and hygiene standards
- Assisting in resolving operational issues promptly
- Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to enhance guest experience
- Setting an example through active participation and fostering a hospitable atmosphere
