Your Responsibilities

• Organise a safe, challenging, and stimulating learning environment.
• Recognise and cater to the individual needs, interests, and talents of each student.
• Contribute to the development of our school in a collaborative manner.
• Fulfill all mentor responsibilities.
• Teach various subjects at VMBO BB/KB and TL level.
• Work within a team of colleagues, particularly with another bridge class teacher.
• Help create a positive school environment where students enjoy learning and staff function effectively as a team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about special education and dedicated to supporting young people with internalising problems. They possess a teaching qualification and relevant diplomas, along with experience working with this age group. They are proactive, structured, and flexible, with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude.
