We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to ensure production performance and process quality by leading investigations, supporting production and new product launches, and driving continuous improvement projects.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Assist in process development for new product launches.
- Lead root cause analysis for complex manufacturing issues.
- Analyse production and quality data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Document new processes and engineering changes.
- Use structured problem-solving tools.

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering role and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools is essential. Due to government contract requirements, applicants must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
We prefer candidates with a Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, experience with supplier quality management and auditing, knowledge of ISO 9001, familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, and experience with CAD software.
