We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Crewing Coordinator with a strong background in maritime crewing. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree level of thinking and proven experience in managing complex crew logistics. You should be stress-resistant, a natural team player, and able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to build relationships, take accountability, and excel in planning and organizing will be crucial for success in this role. Knowledge of STCW is preferred, but we are open to providing training for the right candidate.
