Lely is seeking a TSS Specialist to introduce and support innovative robotic solutions in Mexico, ensuring successful farm implementations and building customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Perform full installation and commissioning of Lely products.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote support for technical issues.
- Train farmers and local partners on product operation and maintenance.
- Monitor technical performance and report improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Lely’s safety, quality, and operational guidelines.

Who We're Looking For
We seek a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who enjoys hands-on work in an international environment. The ideal candidate combines practical experience in mechatronics or agricultural machinery with a strong sense of service and responsibility. You are able to work independently, often on farms and under varying conditions.
- Technical education in mechatronics, electronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of automated systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Mexico.
