What You'll Do

• Welcome and support visitors, answer questions, and create a pleasant atmosphere
• Guide and coordinate activities, from planning to execution
• Support volunteers and students, including scheduling and supervision
• Manage the space, ensure a clean and functional environment, and identify areas for improvement
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing reservations, materials, and activity registration

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable individual with experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role. You have excellent written and spoken Dutch; knowledge of English (and/or other languages) is a plus. You are proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently. You have an affinity with the cultural sector and the OBA, and are curious about innovation and research. You have a hands-on mentality and can handle different types of work. You are flexible and available to work evenings and Saturdays. You are responsible and think in terms of solutions.

• Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch; knowledge of English (and/or other languages) is a plus
