Your Mission: What You'll Be Doing

Assist Senior Engineers or Technical Superintendents on various assignments.
Take responsibility for tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality.
Actively engage with colleagues and managers to increase knowledge and skills.
Supervise and manage project work on diverse offshore vessels and equipment.
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of project components.
Be involved in the technical management of offshore vessels and installations.
Supervise maintenance, repairs, and certification processes.
Ensure operational readiness at challenging offshore locations.

BSc or MSc degree in mechanical, marine, or electrical engineering.
Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Entitled to work and currently residing in the Netherlands.
Good command of spoken and written English.

Demonstrated accountability and customer focus.
Motivated to learn fast and take on significant responsibility.
