dormakaba is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain, providing performance insights and driving financial management processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a strategic finance business partner for plant management.
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close.
- Provide detailed analysis of income statements and balance sheets.
- Prepare annual budgets and standard cost updates.
- Develop realistic financial plans aligned to operational goals.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plant Controller with a strong background in finance and accounting within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience as Plant Controller or similar role
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Knowledge of standard based accounting systems
- Experience in ERP implementation
