Join our dynamic team as an Intern Concept & Innovation and contribute to shaping the future of fashion. You will support our design team in creating innovative concepts, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of commercial products for one of Europe's leading fashion retailers.
Your Daily Impact: Responsibilities
- Support the design team in creating CADs, technical drawings, and line overviews
- Conduct market and trend research to inform design direction
- Assist with mood boards, fabric and trim boards, and collection presentations
- Prepare and organise materials for fittings, range reviews, and key sign-off meetings
- Update and maintain digital files, including CAD libraries and design folders
- Participate in fitting sessions, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Assist with sample management and showroom set-up
- Shadow designers to understand the translation of creative ideas into commercial products

Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, eager to develop their technical drawing and rendering skills further. You should have a strong interest in the fashion category, a solid understanding of garment construction, and be highly organised with keen attention to detail.
Your positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and ability to learn quickly will be crucial for success in this role. Fluent English is a must, and any additional language skills would be a valuable asset in our international setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Willingness to develop technical drawing and rendering skills
- Strong interest in the fashion category and garment construction
- Highly organised with attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Creative mindset, positive attitude, and proactive approach to learning
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
