Your Impact as Lead Engineer
- Act as the technical focal point for subsea projects and tenders
- Ensure technical delivery of projects to agreed specifications and client requirements
- Provide engineered and safe execution for tasks set by project management
- Collaborate on operational and developmental subsea construction or IRM activities
- Manage onshore preparations for specific work scopes
- Travel to onshore and offshore worksites, including fabrication sites, to oversee delivery
- Develop optimised installation methodologies to support proposals

- Extensive work experience as a Lead Engineer
- Affinity with the subsea/offshore energy working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture
- Willingness to travel onshore, offshore, and internationally
- Demonstrated accountability and strong planning skills
- Ability to motivate and lead technical teams
