What You'll Do

• Develop long-term architectural customers by creating relationships.
• Develop short-term and long-term project pipelines.
• Network within architectural firms through local CSI & DHI.
• Collaborate with local territory team for sales alignment.
• Effectively promote dormakaba’s North American portfolio.
• Actively pursue project pipelines with architectural firms.

We are looking for someone with a background in construction management, architectural design, engineering, or business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.

• Associate’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
• CDT and DHC certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to travel up to 50% within territory
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
• AHC certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) (preferred)
