Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a seasoned leader with a bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, operations, or a related field, coupled with extensive progressive leadership experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies, with a strong proficiency in SAP and ERP systems. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record in business transformation and process re-engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Deep knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation
- Experience in SOP planning and supply chain management
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
