Join our Summer 2026 Rising Talent Program as an IGS Intern in Indianapolis. You will gather data, analyse business challenges, and drive evidence-based decision-making alongside subject matter experts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collect and analyse data to identify business challenges.
- Support evidence-based process design.
- Hold regular check-in meetings with your supervisor.
- Participate in weekly Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to improve processes.
- Engage in meetings to expand understanding of the organisation.
- Partner with fellow interns on cross-functional projects.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a University/College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and work well independently and collaboratively. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
