We are looking for a youth worker who is active in the world of young people and guides them in their personal and social development.
We offer a salary according to scale 8 of the Collective Labour Agreement Social Work (minimum €3,435 and maximum €5,216 gross per month based on 36 hours per week). You will also receive an individual choice budget (over 17% of your salary) and a personal career budget (1.5% of your salary).
Furthermore, we offer a one-year contract for 32-36 hours per week with the possibility of a permanent employment. You will also participate in a good pension scheme at PFZW.
We are looking for someone with a completed HBO education (e.g. Social Work) and some work experience within the social domain. You know the world of young people, current social themes and know how to reach young people online via social media. You are communicatively strong and easily make contact with young people and partners.
