Your Responsibilities
- Representing the interests of clients
- Drawing up care plans in consultation with clients
- Coordinating with experts and the client's network
- Supporting clients with daily activities
- Performing light nursing tasks
- Monitoring the health of clients
- Responsible for household and administrative tasks
- First point of contact for family and friends

What Does This Role Offer?
As a personal supervisor for MBO4 EVB, you will receive a gross monthly salary between €2,836 and €3,825 based on a 36-hour week, in accordance with the collective labor agreement for Disability Care (FWG 40). You will be offered a permanent contract immediately, with contract hours to be agreed upon between 4 and 36 hours per week. Furthermore, there are ample opportunities for training and development to further your expertise in your field.
In addition, you will benefit from an 8.33% year-end bonus, an 8% holiday allowance, and a good pension scheme through the Healthcare & Welfare Pension Fund. With 144 holiday hours and 57 balance leave hours per year (for a 36-hour work week), there is plenty of room for relaxation. You will also receive a travel allowance and can make use of a tax advantage of up to €750 per year for, for example, a bicycle, phone, laptop, or gym membership.
Who are you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic personal supervisor with a completed MBO4 qualification (for example, personal supervisor, agogic worker in mental health care, social work, nursing, pedagogical worker) or Social Work (HBO associate degree). You are a skilled communicator, a good team player, and contribute to an open and stimulating work atmosphere.
- Completed MBO level 4 education (e.g. personal supervisor)

- Pedagogical employee or Social Work (HBO associate degree)
- Can contribute to open communication.
- Can provide feedback and enthuse
- Enjoys variety between nursing, care, guidance and coordination
